ABOUT US

We are a residential homebuilding and general construction company based near Hindhead, Surrey, just a few minutes from the Hindhead tunnel. We carry out all types of work such as building and renovations, extensions,

structural alterations, loft conversions and refurbishments.

As well as homebuilding works, we also carry out and are experienced in

general groundworks and landscape construction such as site clearance, excavations, retaining walls, underpinning and drainage, to a full landscape construction service.

Recent Projects

We were commissioned to carry out a complete remodel and refurbishment of a dated 1960's 3 bedroom house on the Petersfield lake and turn it into a lovely modern 5 bedroom family home over 3 floors.

The work involved demolishing 90% of the existing house and undertaking some major structural works before building a front and rear extension and adding an additional floor and new roofs.

The ground floor was excavated and a new concrete insulated floor was installed along with underfloor heating.

The house now consists of an open plan kitchen dining area, utility room, family and TV rooms, a study, three bathrooms/en-suites and a downstairs toilet/cloakroom. The house is also now fully-equipped with the latest in smart heating and wifi technology.

The large sliding doors leading from the kitchen dining room out to the rear landscaped garden, gives a great indoor/outdoor flow to the house.
